Introducing the NYC Medicare Advantage Plus (PPO) Plan: the new, customized Medicare Advantage plan available exclusively to City of New York retirees. The new plan is provided by Empire BlueCross BlueShield Retiree Solutions and EmblemHealth and supplies you with the same health insurance plans you know and trust, including access to the same doctors and providers. We are here to help you every step of the way so that you can take full advantage of all the benefits. A notice of change letter and pre-enrollment materials will be mailed to eligible City of New York retirees. Once enrolled into the new plan, members can also call the Member Services number on the back of their plan membership card for benefit questions or help finding care. Enrolled members should refer to their Evidence of Coverage to determine which benefits are included in their plan.
