Please join us for one of our scheduled virtual retiree benefit education meetings to learn more about the NYC Medicare Advantage Plus Plan. No advance registration required; however, the virtual meetings will require you to fill out your contact information. An email address is needed in order to enter. If you do not have an email address, you may still join the virtual meeting by using firstname.lastname@example.org in the email field. Choose the best date and time for you.

A notice of change letter and pre-enrollment materials will be mailed to eligible City of New York retirees. Once enrolled into the new plan, members can also call the Member Services number on the back of their plan membership card for benefit questions or help finding care. Enrolled members should refer to their Evidence of Coverage to determine which benefits are included in their plan.
